ABOUT THE ROLE AND US

We’re a team of seven dedicated to creating strong, memorable content while keeping a work environment where people genuinely enjoy being part of the team. We like when ideas move quickly from talk to action. The pace is high, the process can be chaotic at times, but we handle it together — and we have a lot of fun along the way.

We produce commercials, campaigns and content for some of the most exciting brands in the Nordics. One day we’re chasing sunrise in the mountains, the next we’re in a studio crafting luxury product films for a royal design brand. Projects shift fast, expectations are high and you need to enjoy a dynamic, constantly evolving workflow.

WHO YOU ARE

You bring experience from freelancing, agency work or your own projects, and you understand what it takes to create film that actually resonates. You’ve spent enough time with cameras, lighting and editing to know what strong footage looks like and how to build a story that holds together.

You approach challenges with curiosity and initiative, always finding smarter ways to elevate the work. You enjoy being on set, but you thrive in post-production — that’s where you find your rhythm, shape the material and bring everything together.

YOU SHOULD:

• Have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in film or advertising.
• Feel confident working with lighting and camera, capturing footage that’s ready to cut.
• Be comfortable running smaller productions on your own and enjoy collaborating in a team.
• Work efficiently in DaVinci Resolve and understand the craft of editing.
• Have a strong sense of pacing, timing and music.
• Be able to improve or salvage challenging footage when needed.
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Bring positive energy to the team and take feedback without ego.

BONUS SKILLS:

• Motion design and graphic design (Fusion / After Effects).
• Still photography.
• An interest in AI and animation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Every week looks different. One day you’re deep in the edit of a beauty campaign, the next you’re behind the camera creating content for a tech brand.

You’ll move between shaping pace, sound and visual expression in commercial films, and shooting when the project calls for it. You’ll contribute to the early creative stages, explore new techniques and use AI or animation when it strengthens the storytelling.

You’ll follow projects from concept to delivery, and occasionally take full ownership of all stages. The goal is always the same: solve problems, work smart and deliver high-quality films that feel distinctly Framebrains.

Nemo, our moneyhunter and CEO: He’s got a passion for invoicing matched only by his hate of being invoiced himself. He spends many an hour each week pondering which genius decided receipts should be kept for 7 years. That person is not well-liked around the office, to say the least. He’s a financial ninja with a voracious appetite for ideas & concepts.

Eric, the creativity guru and our Creative Director: He’s a whiz at ideas, concepts, and production. No one quite understands how he manages to come up with so much, but the ideas just keep flowing. Absent-minded? Definitely. So don’t be surprised if you’re chatting away and after 10 minutes realize he hasn’t caught a single word…

Felix, the 3D specialist who saves the day: Officially our 3D specialist, but in reality, so much more. In a team of tech geeks, Felix works an uphill battle. He’s our very own Houdini when it comes to untangling knotty problems. Fortunately, he’s also razor-sharp in 3D.

Afshin, the grading ninja from Iran: A master of color grading, thanks to years of experience. If he’s not feeling the creative spark, he won’t hesitate to label a project as ‘crapwich’. His attitude is always evolving, but his honesty keeps us moving forward!
